First Time Homebuyers - It's an astonishing time to buy! The tax credit may be gone, but many sellers are offering beautiful homes at years-ago prices and many are paying buyers' closing costs, too. Foreclosed homes are another source of unbelievable deals.
Last of the Zero-Down Programs - USDA Rural Home Loan programs, which allow you to buy with nothing down, are still available if you buy in an eligible town. Those include Sherwood in Washington County and every town in Yamhill County (Newberg, Dundee, Lafayette, Dayton, Carlton, Amity, Yamhill) except McMinnville. FHA loans are also still available, with a 3.5 percent down payment. For those wanting to buy in larger towns, there are zero-down credit union loans available if you qualify. Call me for guidelines!

I am a full-service agent, which means I find houses that fit your needs, open houses for you, research the houses you like (history, time on market, price adjustments so far, features and systems, neighborhood detail), write your offer, negotiate your best possible deal, oversee title and escrow, inspection and closing. Then, I hand you the keys! Woo hoo!

Full service: I do it all, from the beginning to the close of your transaction: preparation and research, negotiation, advertising, networking. If your deal hits a bump, I use every tool available to get you to a favorable closing. Real estate is not the cake walk it once was. Nearly every deal hits obstacles, which is why you need a persistent -- some would say relentless -- agent to shepherd your deal.
Active marketing: If your home is on the market with me, I'm working to sell it every single day. I believe in going out and looking for your buyer rather than waiting for your buyer to come to you. Ask me how!
Advocacy: If you're a buyer, my job is to get you the best possible deal. I don't stop at what's listed, but sift my network to find properties that aren't listed on the property websites or the MLS. If you're a seller, my job is to protect your interests and assure that your property fetches the highest price it can in the shortest possible time.
Accessible: I am in constant communication with my clients. You never have to wonder what's going on with your transaction.
